Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati – Transfer to Bhalukpong

Distance: ~250 km / 6-7 hrs

Day 2: Bhalukpong → Dirang

Day 3: Dirang → Tawang

Distance: ~135 km / 6-7 hrs

    • Visit Nuranang Waterfalls (Jang Falls)
    • Evening stroll in Tawang town

Day 4: Tawang Local Sightseeing

    • Visit Tawang War Memorial
    • Explore Giant Buddha Statue viewpoint
    • Optional: Visit Craft Centre and local Tibetan market

Day 5: Excursion to Bum La Pass, Madhuri Lake & Sangestar Tso

Note: Requires special permit (arranged a day prior)

    • Sangestar Tso (Madhuri Lake) – cinematic and serene
    • Pangateng Tso (PT Tso) Lake – great photo spot

Overnight: Tawang


Day 6: Tawang → Bomdila

Distance: ~180 km / 7-8 hrs

    • Scenic return journey via Sela Pass
    • Visit Bomdila Monastery
    • Explore local market and enjoy hill town vibes

Overnight: Bomdila


Day 7: Bomdila → Guwahati & Departure

Distance: ~340 km / 8-9 hrs

Highlights:

    • Early morning departure
    • Scenic drive back to Guwahati through Assam valleys
    • Drop at Guwahati airport/railway station
